| General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by zardweeb.com within 7 days (5 business days ) from the date of delivered to get a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging and unopened. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error; otherwise, the customer should be responsible for the shipping cost. Please read our returns policy carefully.

Zardweeb.com does not accept returns of the following items:
- The items place as the special orders sale by Art & Design Store and Gift Idea Shopping. The special order t items sale in the Art & Design Store are not produced by manufacture but handmade. Once we begin to process production or ship out your orders, the items will not accept returns and refund if you do not cancel the order with 7 days ( 5 business days)..
- Place the Special Orders at the Art & Design Store or Gift Idea Shopping. The special orders are custom-made products. Once you place the orders and begin to do production, Zardweeb.com will not be able to accept the return and full refund once we shipped out the items. If you want to cancel the order, you must cancel the order within 7 days (5 business days) from the day you place the order. Zardweeb.com will issue the partial refund for placing special order. - Items purchased from sellers other than Zardweeb.com.

If you receive faulty or wrong items upon the shipment arrival, please email or fax the pictures with invoice number to Zardweeb.com. Our Customer Service will assistant you to swap the item. Once zardweeb.com receive your faulty or wrong items, we will send the replacement to you.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item by following up our Return Policy and go to the our web site to place another order for the item you wish to purchase.
Please note that it takes us 5 to 7 business days to process returns after our Customer Service Department receive your returns.
Items Purchased from Other Sellers
If the item to be returned was not sold by Zardweeb.com, you will need to contact the seller directly.

Not accept the Return from combining different orders
Please do not include items from other orders. If you don't following up our Return Policy, we will not be able to refund for your returns.
