We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Zardweeb.com. For more information about refunds, click the links below.

How and When Refunds Are Processed

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned items. If you paid directly from your bank account or Paybal, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your account.

If you don't received zardweeb's notify e-mail after you return the item over 14 days (10 business days) from the day you sent us your returns, please e-mail us for further assistance.

Items that are Not Refund

  • Items being opened, used, and damaged not by our error will not meet our Return Policy and receive a full refund.
  • Any item that places orders as the Special Order and begin to do production. The customers do not cancel the order within 7 days (5 business days) from the day the customer send the payment.

 

How Refunds Are Calculated / Partial Refunds

The amount of your refund depends on several factors:

The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund if you don't pay the shipping cost when we receive the return items unless the return is the result of our error.

 

Items that meet our Return Policy will receive only partial refunds as the following factors:

  • Any unopened media item in original condition that is returned more than 14 days after delivery: 70% of item's price.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damage, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, the customer may receive a full refund of the damage item or request to exchange. The customer must provide the pictures upon the shipment arrival within 3 business days from the day delivered; otherwise, the damage item will not meet the Return Policy and Refund Policy.
  • Any item that places order by the Special Order and begin to do production. The customers cancel the order within 7 days (5 business days) from the day the customer has paid off the order: 60% of item's price.

If you returned only one or part of items from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the items that you actual return.
